ATTENTION!!  The Clackamas Band needs a drummer!

This is a good opportunity for an adult who wants to start playing again, or even for a high school or college music student who would benefit from additional playing time.

We have a trap drum set available for rehearsals, but whoever joins us will have to provide their own set for performances.

Pops, classics, and marches–since 1966 the Clackamas Community Band has played audience-pleasing concert band music.   You’ll find us playing Wednesday evening concerts, for holiday celebrations, and summers in the park.  We love to share our music.

Our director is Andy Hordichok.  His high energy and enthusiasm is really helping to draw music – not just notes – from our players.

JOIN THE BAND! If you want to brush up your skills to get back to a high school playing level you’ll find a supportive atmosphere here. Our instrumentation is what you will typically find in a high school or college concert band. We are a band, and that means no strings.

Currently we are maxed out on trumpets, but other instruments are most welcome. There are no auditions.

Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9:15 pm at Rosemont Ridge Middle School band room in West Linn.  Dues are $15 a quarter.

Dues are waived for students
